By purchasing mentoring or a workshop, purchaser accepts these terms:  

Mentorship: All mentorships/coaching groups are non-refundable and require active participation.  Rae Barnes makes no guarantee for any measurable success, as success will depend on mentee's motivation and circumstances (which are out of Rae's control).  Mentorship requires active participation, timely submission of requested materials and prompt arrival to virtual calls or in person meetings.  If materials are not submitted by Rae's requested deadline, Rae Barnes reserves the right to postpone or reschedule dates as much as four weeks out.  Mentees agree to not share or sell any slides, pdfs or any other material Rae presents during the mentorship.  

Workshops: Workshops also require active participation with all materials requested submitted by the deadline.  Rae Barnes makes no guarantee for any measurable success for participants, as there are many factors out of Rae's control.  Participants agree to not share or sell any slides, pdfs or any other material Rae (or any cohost) presents during the workshop.  While the full balance is due upfront, if attendee is unable to attend, their "ticket" is transferable for resale for EXACTLY what they paid at any time.  If attendee cannot attend and does not wish to transfer ticket, there will not be any refund (or exchange for goods/services) given more than 2 days after purchase.
